I stood in the cold ice cream parlor in front of the ice plant. At ten years old, I studied ten buckets of ice cream behind the glass-fronted case. Ten flavors! How would I choose? This was always a summer treat when visiting my grandmother. This was the source of Pure Process Ice Cream.
